The machine hooked up to the heat source at the B/E Aerospace J.A. Reinhardt facility in Pennsylvania, performed to everyone’s satisfaction - and even exceeded expectations.

“This CraftEngine will run for a period of time in Pennsylvania before being deployed for testing with the US Marine Corps, to demonstrate how it will offer fuel savings and enhanced efficiencies for generators operated by the US military. These units may be in many situations and forward operations where the CraftEngine can offer efficiency and benefit”, says Mike Mastergeorge of B/E Aerospace.

“We are impressed with the understanding and professionalism that our B/E partners have brought to our cooperation to bring the CraftEngine technology to America”, commented Trond Bjerkan. “We both see a strong market opening up not only for military uses but also for potential large industrial customers harvesting the waste heat from their operations”, conclude both gentlemen.
